Season 2 "squid game" was a bold direction for the Netflix phenomenon. The season refers to the head that the show's audience is now familiar with her concept. So, instead of trying to shock viewers with new surprises or reveals, it relies on repetition, replicating the same twists as the first season, and even repeating one of the games.

And yet, it works because Season 2 is about the feeling of inevitability within the play. It starts with the new change in the format of the games. You see, in Season 2, 456 players who participate in a series of games in the children's school yard for a chance to win £ 45.6 billion have a way out. After each round, the participants are given the chance to vote whether they want to continue playing or sharing the money already earned (which increases with each dead participant). Carries the greed and the horror of players at the forefront, as Players literally vote with their lives.

The second season then ended with a shocking shootout and an attempted revolution among participants in the squid game. In particular, Gin-Fun (Li Jung-Aei) manages to join with some other participants to steal guns and fight the Games Control Center. Unfortunately, they are handed over from the front man (Lee Bown-Hun), who performs the friend of Gi-Fun, Jung-Bae (Lee Seo-Hwan), while GI-Hun is looking at horror.

Now, fresh pictures of the upcoming third and last season of "similar game" have revealed exactly what happened to Gi-Hun after that. The good news is that he is alive. The bad news is that Gi-Hun is handcuffs on one of the beds in the dormitory and seemingly forced to continue playing death games.

Would Hun-Hun ever die outside the screen between seasons? Hell no. Of course, the big surprise is not that Gi-Hun is alive, it is that he is currently handcuffed. This seems to indicate that the front man and the organizers of the games are hellish to force Hun-Hun to play in the next match, and they know if they let him out of sight for a second, he will try to escape again. It makes sense however; Gi-Hun will not be able to disrupt the games on its own and has failed once in the uprising.

Season 3 of the "squid game" has many questions to answer Before the series ends - the most sincere one that includes the discovery that the player 001 is actually the front man. In Season 1, Gi-Hun only revealed that one of his fellow participants betrayed him after winning the matches, but on the eve of the corrupt rebellion, will everyone else only ignore what happened and continue to play until they die? Hopefully, Gi-Hun will find a way to arm his knowledge and finish the games once and for the opportunity with the show, finally, with June-Ja-Jon located the island where the games are taking place.

Season 3 of Squid Game will premiere on June 27, 2025, on Netflix.
