Next stop: Results!

What is the difference between 25-minute high-speed trains?

This is Joel Freeman's most effective program. You train against time rather than a fixed number of repetitions. This allows us to adjust the feel of the movement and focus on its form and quality.

As you progress, your workouts increase, resulting in longer work intervals and shorter rest periods. This is a program that adapts and grows with you.

Where are Joel's other programs like LIIFT4?® Or lift more Incorporating HIIT into many workouts, this 25-minute speed train combines strength training and metabolic conditioning to maximize results. (There is a cardio element, but no high-intensity intervals.)

Additionally, LIIFT4 and LIIFT MORE are rep-based exercises for heavy lifting. Using a time-based interval of 25 minutes bullet trains lets you know that you need to lift something lighter. Don't worry. You can still feel the ride and build strength and endurance!

It's still Joel's signature style, but it's designed for people on tight schedules who want to make real progress at a fast pace.

What about exercise?

Joel has created a comprehensive eight-week schedule that includes 48 unique exercises and two recovery sessions alternating each week.

I train 7 days a week: 5 strength, 1 core cardio, and 1 flexibility and mobility. Each 25-minute workout targets your upper body, lower body, core, or full body, and you'll work every muscle group, including the smaller ones, at least twice a week.

What are the results? Transform your entire body in less time with an effective yet sustainable structure.
