"Four children later and you would think I understood everything"

Mariah explained that "nothing can really prepare you to become a mom" and shared part of his personal postpartum trip after birth aria.

"While childbirth was the most painful that my body endured, threw my mental health proved as challenging," she shared. "I survived the PPD with our first-week, but I really wasn't ready for what I should come this time."
