Earlier it was shown that Kiefer's house has a vault in it. In Torpe, Kate and Jordandan are entering that house and the vault to see what codes hides. The answer? A terribly burned man in the hyperbaric chamber, who is still sufficiently aware to feel the two young people looking above him. During his scene with Kate in the end, Kiefer says the man is his father.

There is one existing narrative candidate for who might be: Thomas Gododkin (Ethan Slater), founder of God U. We saw Godolkin in the first stage of this season during the retrospective; Several scientists from Vought have tested an unprepared compound V on themselves, and their powers went to Havir and killed them. One came out on fire, causing the whole lab to burn and seem to kill Godolkin. We actually do not see that the fire kills him; Maybe he took part of the V himself, thinking he had nothing to lose, or he was covered by the V that set fire.

Theory time: What if the code is not the telepath, but Godolkin is? The hyperbaric chamber suggests that Godron is totally motionless because of his burns, but he could still reach mentally. So, according to this theory, the "code" would only be a puppet that it uses to communicate and influence the world. We know that the code can remotely control people with their thoughts, so what if Godolkin controls him?

If true, Marie explains that there is no V in the blood of the code, because the body of the code is not a source of telepathy. This may also be the reason why Kiefer is so intended to help Marie get her powers under control; Marie's control over blood cells can be what Godolkin should heal his body and burn. If Godolkin still has his original burnt body around, then he did not convey his consciousness to the code, so he would still want to cure the true form.

All this is pure speculation, but from my perspective, the pieces fit too well for any other option. Again, his name is Codea system where a selected symbol or letter is placed above the true meaning of the message. Only that name suggests that there is a twist for his identity, and I think there is a good chance that the message hidden in this code will be written.
