Deleted scene with a fantastic four tease how dangerous powers of Sue storm are really dangerous

Marvel "Fantastic Four: First Steps" is Coming to a digital video on requestAllowing fans not only to experience the return of Marvel's first family to the big screen, but to watch bonus material for making the film, and even five deleted scenes that have expanded the story, but did not do it until the last cut.

Now that we are approaching the digital release of the film, some of these deleted scenes are making their way online, and one of them paints Sue Storm's power in a new light. The clip comes with courtesy USA today (They will not allow us to insert it, so you will have to click there to watch and come back), and this is shown by Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) visiting Subterania relatively early in the film (after Sue's pregnancy, but before the arrival of Herald.

The two have a slightly tense exchange regarding the terms of the peace deal between subtitles and the surface world, which was explored in the editing of the beginning of the film. A prayer can boast of his ability to conquer the surface if he wants, and Sue says she could only use his powers to create a strong field in the Mall's brain and give him aneurysm while Nyoni Storm (Josephosef Quinn) burns all the citizens of Subtachia. Then, the two have calmed down and have a surprisingly gentle moment when they drink and come to an agreement.

"Fantastic Four: The First Steps" is doing a lot of things, but one of the biggest is how much attention and care pay to Sue Storm's face, which is probably the protagonist of the story. It is the heart and soul of the team, but also their ambassador to the world and a very powerful hero as a whole. However, this deleted scene shows that Sue Storm can be a serious villain if he wanted - As the comic books have ever shown.

Don't mess with the invisible woman

This is the scene Paul Walter Hauser was crazy that was deleted from the movieAnd for good reason. Mole Mann is one of the funniest characters in the film and he is barely in it, so watching more is already great news. But that is what this scene says about Mole Man and Sue Storm that makes the scene disappointing.

The scene shows what makes "Fantastic Four: First Steps" different from other superhero films and a picture of a world in which a fantastic four worked long, hard and efficient to improve the world - so much that even old opponents have now become friends. The dynamic hint of Mole Mann and Sue in the long history of fights and diplomacy, and looking at them argue and then share a drink as old friends, says a lot about the world in which these characters live.

But seeing that Sue is so accidentally mentioned, she can kill Mole Man at one point feels pretty uncharacteristic about Sue ... at least compared to how it is in the rest of the movie. Of course, it is clear that she is an incredibly powerful character, teasing her role in the defeat of galcolus at the end of the story, but the ordinary threat of genocide feels a little shocking. It does not help that the scene then seems to be playing its threats, as Sue is miraculous because of her pregnancy.

Regardless, Marvel's Chinese universe has attempted to clarify to film viewers What comics readers have known for decades: Don't mess with Sue Storm!
