Horror anthologies have been the main horror for a long time. On television, we can go back to things as a "twilight zone", which remains a touch of the genre to this day. On the big screen, we had things like "Creekshow" and the cult classic "trick". But the modern era of the genre is largely defined by "V/h/s/" franchise, dating from the original found entrance to footage that started it all In 2012. Now, the series has returned with "V/H/S/HALLOWEEEEN", for which I am pleased to say it's another winner. Also, with a wide margin, the funniest movie in the company to this day.

However, do not make a mistake, people in Suder not only delivered riots in horror anthology. An obvious but still welcome decision to use Halloween as a springboard keeps the franchise's live hot string. When Shudder revived the franchise with "V/h/s/94", he did so with a bang and has greatly retained quality. There are natural peaks and valleys, but the valleys are never so low and with the last two installments, it is clear that the team has found its step. Enjoying a new movie "V/H/s" is quickly becoming a welcome annual tradition.

One thing that "V/H/s" has always been great is to encourage a new talent behind the camera. From Adam Vingard ("Godzilla Against Kong") to radio silence ("ready or not"), this series gave birth to many of the best directors of the genre working today. Halloween feels as if it is destined to be a stepping board for these directors. I'm personally eager to see what many of them do next.

The collection of directors collected here makes most of the chosen horror feast. Brian M. Ferguson Kors, one of the best segments of wrapping in the history "V/H/s" with "Diet Fantasm". Casper Kelly's "Fun Size" can be the funniest individual segment we'll ever see in any of these films. Michelin Pit-Norman and RJ's "Home Prosecutor" Norman is the one that I can easily see as a new fan-lonely.

Ana Zlokovic begins things from brilliantly with "Coochie Coochie Coo", which is almost the most fun she can hope to have with AF **** D Up Horror Short. Then there is Alex Ross Perry, the guy who co-wrote the script For Disney's live action "Vinnie Poh" movie "Christopher Robin", which delivers the darkest moment in "V/H/s" with "Kidprint". There are no spoilers here, but bury yourself for twisted driving.

The mileage will vary, but even my personal at least the group's favorite, "Ut Supra Sic Infra" on Paco Plaza is good. When the weakest connection in the chain is so strong, you are in great shape. I don't know if I could rightly say that this is the best movie "V/H/s" ever. "V/h/s/2" would have something to say about it. But it absolutely continues the hot string on which the series was. If they continue to be this well, the franchise could work forever and I would be happy about it.
