In the world of genre fiction, you either die a foreign monster, or live long enough to see yourself becoming a stranger's miracle hero. And since no franchise no longer dies, so as not to waste some long blood than a valuable IP, the second is becoming more common. In 2025, both franchises "alien" and "predators" take over the same unprecedented, yet fascinating, turning their iconic, title creatures of deadly dangers to protagonists for which they are rooted.

"Predator" fans will get their ortimate to root for the ultimate alien hunter when "Premieres in theaters later this year on November 7. On a remote planet, where a young predator, outcast from his clan, Finds an unlikely ally " - a synthetic Android played by elle fanning -" and Embarks on a treacherous journey in Search of the Ultimate opponent ". So, while many of us are rooted all the time for predators, especially at certain times in the last Dan Trachtenberg film in the franchise, "Play", each now has a full permission to cheer up for Yautia.

Trailers for "Predator: Badlands" They gave a good look at it, but the face of the Xenomorph in Alien: The Earth is the one that fewer people have probably seen. During this first season, the mystery of man-synthetic hybrid Wendy (Sydney Chandler) increases and its relationship with the creatures. Unlike ordinary people, Androids or her hybrid colleagues, Wendy is able to hear and communicate with xenomorphs, even to feel their pain. And so, in episode 7, during her flight from the Nejaland building, she ends up calling for that relationship, turning the Xenomorph born of her brother's lungs as her protector and weapons.

There are a few things as exciting in the cinema than when the cool villain goes with a good man for a short stretch. Think Magneto in the X-Men films or a kilo of horseradish in the throne room (a scene that all smart people agree is fantastic, discussing the ID). "Alien: Earth" gives Xenomorph at that moment, because Wendy, Aka Marsi has commanded his new guardian with a series of subtle clicks and gigs. The speed and malice with which aliens disassemble the entire detachment of the soldiers of the fornication and Vayland-Schiutani is nothing less than you expected, but it is such a fun and smart twist of the franchise to eradicate us for a specific xenomorph we saw from (non-final) birth.

During this season, corporate prevailers were the real bad guys, with different foreign specimens abducted by Vayland-Antani and stolen by "Prodigy" often depicted as unwanted victims of the same unverified corporate greed. It seems that Wendy sees them that way, and it's hard to argue against, say, the nasty eyeball, who is trying to escape captivity. After all, he didn't ask to be there.

With one episode left, it should be interesting to see how far the Xenomorph's loyalty to Wendy will go. Does it stop at this creature, or can there be a queen -like control over the whole species?

This trend at 2025 to turn both Xenomorphs and predators into "good guys" leads to an interesting question: How can that change affect the possibility of a new movie "Alien vs. Predator"? While no such film was officially released, the two franchises had increased overlap, as they both entered the same roof in the 20th -century Disney studio. Synthetic character of El Hanning in "Predator: Badlands" is a great example. And with nostalgia inevitably turns everything old and camp into a new opportunity to make money, the chances of fresh "alien versus predator" look great.

That said, these latest stories open some fun new opportunities. The old AVP films have already positioned predators in something more convenient roles along with human characters, with Xenomorphs as a usual, non-waisted threat. That idea can be further taken with the new developments in both franchises. In contrast, man using xenomorphs as soldiers fighting against the Hawja group? It sounds pretty fun, and definitely stupid enough to earn the name "AVP".

For now, we are still waiting to see exactly how "predator: Badlands" will position its main character and the larger culture of Hawja, and "alien: Earth" still has an episode - and hopefully much more seasons - to explore this growing relationship between synthetic life and xinomorphs.
