Season 3 Foundation is over. The genetic dynasty fell. The muzzy has been discovered. The second foundation is a winner. Seldon's plan has returned to its course. So what's next for Apple TV+Bending Science Adaptation? The "Foundation" is based on five books and two overcreen written by Isaac Asimov. They are also placed in the same universe as Asimov's robotic novels. This gives us a lot to prepare to see what happens next.

However, there is one caution: the specific direction of the show is very much in the air at the time of this writing. The Foundation has been renewed for Season 4So it's very sure. Where will he go to next season? It's at the debate. Why? Because the show -Show David S. Goyer is no longer attached to the show. Goyer led the first two seasons and author of about 85% of the third season. However, he made it clear that he was not included in Season 4, and the new creative team shows its way. "I didn't write scripts for the S4. I had a full plan, but I don't believe the new team adheres to any of those ideas. They are tabled their way and do their own, as they should."

Without its creative direction, things could take the number of twists and turn forward. After reading the Foundation Book compendium not once, but twice in recent years, here are the top things that have come to my mind as the next one can happen in the show.

First, we need a certain resolution. Byte is a mule. Great. Cool twist the original book plot (where Magnifico giganticus is actually mule together). If you remember, the faded moments of Season 3 had Gaal Dornik (Lou Llobel) and byte (Sinevve Carlsen) missed it, one mental against the other. Gal had a backup in the form of a second foundation and Magnifico play on his visual instrumentAnd from everything we saw, it seems that the good guys have won.

But we don't actually get any closure there. The last thing we see is byte/Mule that breaks down in telepathic defeat. Great. Is it dead? Why did Gaal end up running away and jumping out of the window in her boat? Where is the muzz? Where does this story go next?

If the show follows the books here, the muzzle is defeated. He descends when there is a cognitive calculation with the leader of the second foundation. However, in the print version, it has not been killed. He is not even dethroned. For a lack of a better word, it is mentally neutral. He ceases to antagonize the second basis and becomes a well -intentioned ruler before he dies from his mutation at a young age. When we get to Season 4, will the muzzy still hunt for the second foundation? Will she be mentally neutralized and will rule the fist foundation with a feather? This is a place where we definitely need closure progressing forward.

The other elephant in the room is the second basis. Gaal Dornik and Harry Seldon developed the Ignis group during season 3. Mathematical approach to predicting the future called psychochistory. For decades, they have slowly turned the second foundation into force to be considered the mind.

Here's something. The work of the second foundation in the books is not really to stop the smooth. Of course, they enter and shut it when things get out of hand, but their goal is much greater. They are set long before the muzzy is a threat. Harry Seldon has been in the place of his plan to hidden viewing and lead the first basis.

This bigger goal has been touched in the show. In episode 2, "Math Shadows", Harry showed Gal his main glossy projections for things that will happen after Muzot. But the larger role of the second foundation in leading the future of mankind is still minimized in the show. Until now, it's all about getting ready for and then stopping the moods. Here's the hope that we will see that the Secret Group enters the spotlight in a wider capacity in season 4 - in the same way as it does in later books.

I love the whole brother Zora, brother day, concept of brother Twilight just like the next man. It is a fun extra layer of the story (even if it is made up of the show). But at this point, the Galactic Empire is stuck in this adaptation much longer than it does in the books. By the time Mule appeared in the second book "Foundation and Empire", the Galactic Empire is in tattoos. Transter is chosen for its scrap metal and has large parts of arable land where the once -stalled, urban, city center of 40 billion people once stopped. The imperial power is broken, and its last strongholds are decaying.

In the Apple TV+show, this has not yet happened. Transter is still alive and well. However, its decline is ready to be on the move since the end of the season 3. Facing his own mortality, he adheres, it involves all, it blows his unprepared brothers, killing the brother's day in cold blood and destroying the body of Demerzel (Laura BIRN). This means, except for the Brother Dark and a clone of Brother Zora (Cassian Bilton) above the new terminal, the genetic dynasty no longer exists. Demerchel, the positive mind behind the dynasty, is also no longer in the building (don't worry, however - it will come back).

So what's next? The empire is still kind, well, there. Didn't it? He has not fallen yet. Of course, Muz has destroyed her fleet of warships, and its leaders are gone. But it has not fallen yet. Hopefully, by season 4, we will get a solid closure at the end of that chapter of human history - even as the next chapter of the foundation takes the next jump forward.

There are several key characters we need to meet soon - maybe as soon as the "Foundation" Season 4. The first is Golan Travis. At first glance, Golan is not important. He is just another adviser to the foundation that is fueled by the power of the growing Galactic Empire. However, Golan ends up as a key character for the whole fourth and fifth books of the series because of his extraordinary natural feeling, wait for it, intuition. Asimov's last two novels follow Golan through the adventure that covers the galaxy that sets the entire final stage of the story of the Foundation. Even better? Golan is a lynch that collects everything together. Soon we need to be thrown on the screen!

The other person is Stor Rond. Stor becomes a young and restless leader of the second foundation long after the threat of Muzot has disappeared. He has an ambition and wants to lead well, but he ends up unwittingly dragged into the larger narrative network of the story against his will. Again, we need this guy in the mixture as soon as possible.

There are several other characters we hope to meet soon, as well as older historian Janov Pelorat and his mental girlfriend Bliss. Indeed, Golan and Stor are the first two to get first, though. The rest of the upcoming team of characters will fall into place after that.

The second foundation was completely discharged in season 3. There were several changes in the group compared to Asimov's booksBut it is inevitable when adjusting the source material as widespread and convoluted as this. Despite the differences, I am really impressed by how they handled the counterpoint to the first basis - especially in the field of mentality. This is the awkward concept that Asimov has introduced where people use their minds to influence and, occasionally, to control others. The second foundation is the first iteration of this phenomenon, but soon another, bigger, better version of this concept: Gaia.

Gaia is more than a collection mentally acute and capable. It is a lively and conscious planet full of them. Gaia is solved by people (guided by robots) who develop their mental abilities far above the second basis. They become a collective organism that shares group consciousness so tinted that it extends to both flora and fauna. Remember earlier when I mentioned that the changes made by the show with the Muzot? They also changed the backstation of the character. In Asimov's books, Muzla is actually mental from Gaia, and at one point, his fellow citizens are even called anti-mullies.

I won't give too much for Gaia here, because it's really a big deal in the story. What I will say for now is that this living planet becomes an integral part of the potential future of mankind. Unless the show -shows don't write Gaia from the story or combine it with the second foundation or something, it can't be too far from the discovery in the show, especially given what we saw in the last moments of Season 3 - which leads me to my last point.

Demerchel was physically destroyed in the final of the season 3. Guess what, yet? There is no such thing in the books. In them, the narrative follows the foundation, and Demerzel simply disappears from the story, as the Galactic Empire breaks out of sight and out of mind. But that doesn't mean it's unimportant. Contrary, in fact: Demerzel is a key figure that collects everything together.

In Asimov's books, Demerzel is present at the moon colony we see in the faded moments of Season 3. This is a really important place where Golan Travit and the company travel in search of the country. There are some crazy discoveries of Hela that happen after everyone gets there. Basically, Demermel and the Moon are really. Big. Contract. They also help to complete the story. Introducing them so early in the larger nail polish on the show is a little confusing. It makes me wonder if they are going with the element of surprise with the moon colony and see more than in season 4. Then, again, now that they have hinted at it, we may not see it again by the end of the show. Only time will say.
