What to do when fitness seems to be a duty …

For most of my adult life I was a full -time fitness professional.

But I have a confession to do.

Fitness may feel like a duty.

That's right, even "professionals" do not always feel motivated. And also my clients.

It's normal. Nobody feels motivated all the time.

Fitness is a bit like dental threads. You don't always love it, but you know it's important.

So what do you do when everything seems to be another element on the "Things to do" list?

First of all, give yourself a feeling of feeling this way.

You don't have to be someone who "falls in love" with fitness to make it mean. Even if you never wait for it, and A small consistent effort still pays off.

Secondly, if possible, then Is It is worth trying to bring more joy to this process.

Fitness is not a final goal at its best. This is an amplifier of everything you love.

If you feel like a duty for you now, here are some ways to mix things:

1. This topic.

Name your workouts after your favorite hobby or interests. (If you love Star Wars, you don't work, you do Jedi training.)
