Whether he is spying on women or is only inappropriate, Howard Volovitz (Simon Helberg) is at the center of many Moments that get older in the "Big Bang theory". Simon Helberg played Howard Volovitz for all 12 seasons of "Big Bang theory", Which means he had to be part of many strange moments.
