Not every new member of the Saturday Night Live cast ends up making waves like Johnon Bellushi, Eddie Murphy, Christine Viigor Will Ferrell. For every big star that comes through the 8h studio doors in 30 Rockefeller Plaza and makes a name for the late night sketching show, there are a few that just spend a season or two of the series before going in the other direction. Now, we have another member of the cast to add to the second category.

After a season at SNL, the player Emil Vakim will not return to the show for Season 51. As Devon Walker's recent departure from the seriesVakim published the news himself in the announcement of InstagramAnd the decision was not his. The comedian wrote:

Next year I will not go back to SNL. It was a blow to the intestines on the call for getting, but I am very grateful for my time there. I was on six flags I celebrated my friend's 36th birthday and went for a really emotional walk through the Bugs Bani Park and stared through Lake Duffy Duck, thinking about life.

Every time I scan in the building, I would think how crazy it was to get to work there. It was the worst, exciting and rewarding experience in my life, and I will miss you gladly, and all the brilliant people who work there that made him feel like a home. Like many SNL players in front of him, Emil Vakim fought to make a big impression as an acting member in his debut season.
