We had summer weather again this week, not bad, in the 80s high and low 90s F (about 31-34 c), high points, but these were later in the day, so the morning ride was still pleasant. It's great to sleep at night. I did a few good long rides including ascents on the mountain, three weapon exercises and two days of upper body strength and resistive bands. Yesterday my group rode along the country road along the Foothills east of Gilroy. When we finished the trip it was very hot so when we stopped for lunch we were happy for the air conditioning.

With my group, among the foothills east of Gilroy on Bridle Path Drive. This was our trip to Aladdin, Camel, but he and his family have moved. We still work hard for the old times.
