Visi-Sunor is a fun scientific instrument, and at first glance, it seems to be a little more than a cute exercise to build a world from the creators and the book and the show. As the source material reveals, however, the Sinor is actually a big deal because it gives a great discovery: his player is mental. These are people in the Universe of Asimov who unlock their minds and learn to influence humans and planets through mind control. The mentality appeared at the end of season 2, and now season 3 has the second base (which is everything mentalis) in full swing. Mule is also hostile mentions - and so is his ballad, Magnifico Giganticus. This is how he weaves emotions in the experience when he plays the oses-soles.
