According to Gun, the seed of the great story of the Universe DC will be planted in a "peacemaker" which may mean that Maxwell Lord formed his team while hiding unusual business. Or, there is another option. We know that "Blue Beetle" is part of Gunn's new DC universeAnd that film has already introduced the idea of a man's army corpus (or Omak). We could see how the "peacemaker" of that film is tied through some Omak files, making a way out of the world and the Lord acquiring them, slowly building to the brother's eye on the line.
