It is difficult to highlight any performance by Pete as a stalemate. Every member of "Pete" is thrown Delivered, which is part of what made the HBO Max medical drama so successful. But there was a definitive fan-fight between the impressive expansive ensemble, and Catherine Lanasa's nurse, Dana Evans, is one of the best examples.

Lanasa, which has been working since the early 1990s, delivered a brilliant naturalist portrait of the nurse who oversees the daily running of the Emergency Medical Hospital in Pittsburgh Trauma. A tough but sensitive member of the Air team, Dana is a longtime friend and general supporter of D -Michael Robbavich of Noah Will. But, as the 15-hour shift is worn, we see that Dana's elasticity breaks down as she is forced to collect incessant tragedies and stresses on a particularly difficult day in the office, which is worsening only when physically assaulted by an untreated patient.

Lanasa's portrayal of that trip was extraordinarily about how she made Dana feel at once heavy and fragile, with the actress demonstrating her impressive sensitivity to the role and her demands throughout the season. But this is far from the first time Lanasa showed off her talents, making it a very good thing that Emmy has finally seen meaning and Given given to the actress first major acting nomination.

No one was surprised to see Pete earned 13 EMI nominations for 2025. In Season 1 of Pete, Dana Evans is so shaken by the attack that it seems to have decided to leave the role as a nurse at the Pittsburgh Medical Center. Despite the best attempts by D -Robbie and others to convince her differently, the indictment nurse simply seems to be at the end of her rope, and Catherine Lanasa is doing a great job in conveying Dana's anxiety with work that is often ungrateful and often dangerous. It is a testimony to the actress's talents that Dana became a favorite fan, and Emmy Nom of Lanasa only confirms how impressive work she did in the role.

But all this asks whether Lanasa will return Season 2 of Pete - What is scheduled to arrive in January 2026 - more and more. Aside from the fact that fans love Dana, and her presence was an integral part of the ensemble during season 1, there is a simple fact that Lanasa has been working in both TV and film for decades and has yet to appear on a big hit series that has the potential to run for many seasons. As such, if Dana had to leave the staff at the Pittsburgh Medical Center, it would be a shame and to lose one of her best characters and Lanasa leaves a series only when she seems to have found a mega-hit that she avoided so far.

So far, Showrunner R. Scott Gemmill has indicated that Lanasa will return to Season 2 Pete 2, which has already been confirmed to hold 10 months after the first season - Although the actress herself has yet to confirm this. However, 10 months is long enough for Dana to imagine a heart change for retirement as a nurse, so we hope to come back.
