Stand up and come back! – Bionicoldguy

I've discussed it Previous posts I like to pedal on the upright bike. This is challenging when it comes to cardio and feels a bit like running, which is great for the former runners. But I can't do a lot lately because my SI Federation complains. This itself is not bad, but may be an early sign of sciatica and I definitely want to avoid it. I mentioned this question in the past . But I remember my SI joint belt could help with this, so I've been trying it out lately. I added more status bit by bit and today I was able to get rid of a lot without any problems. I did this on the dirt road near Anderson Lake County Park and Coyote Creek Trail. I forgot that also allows me to handle rougher terrain as well, as your legs absorb a lot of vibrations while standing.

I have also been avoiding longer rides on upright bikes, but on the SI joint belt I did a great job of a three-hour group ride last Tuesday. I would be happy to ride upright and add more variety to my training.
