Barcelona Gluten-Fond Tour – Fitnesssta

By dividing the transfer of our experience with food without gluten Barcelona.

Hi friends! How are you? I hope you have a great week. We enjoy getting back home even though our adventures of Spain is definitely missing. After 5 weeks in Europe, I was definitely getting used to that life 😉

Something we learned during our trip: How much we all loved Barcelona. He was our first time and since the pilot couldn't make him to the part of the trip - there was the last four days there - we told him we had to go back.

Main highlight: A tour of the food without gluten, lead from Dvir Bar.

As you know, we are the main Help and love we check new food and restaurants locally and when we travel. I was strictly gluten without gluten for two years as part of my medicine journey, and back in January, we learned that P had severe gluten sensitivity. While I was around a gluten-free block for a while, P still learn .. and sometimes (very understandable) is disabled when there is no gluten-free option.

To brighten the Day Barcelona, I made several studies for gluten-free options and discovered that Barcelona is a refuge for gluten-free food options and that they had a popular gluten-free tour. I signed us right away.

When the day arrived, P and I were pretty pumped about it. Liv was a good sport and excited to try new food.

Our guide, Dvir, was absolutely wonderful. He spoke English (our 11 people group was all American) and celiacs for 40 years. He knew the best of the best stains in Barcelona and took us to six different places for amazing gluten-free options. We had chocolate, Jamón, ice cream on gluten-free cones, pizza, pastries, empanada, it was amazing.

I loved the tour was set. We passed all the time, and when we reached every place, they had more patterns for us to try. In the pizza restaurant, our table had five full pizzas of the best tastes. He gave us the opportunity to try a lot of different things, and in the end we were very full and happy.

Until I want to ruin the tour surprises, here's my three best places we've visited:

- Gluten-free empanades.

Chicken and onions were all .... I'll dream about Empanada until we get back.

Look at this face. Pure joy.

- Cøliaki bakery.

We tried the range of gluten-free pastries, including Nutelli Croissan who ask me the soul. They would usually be baked by gf disappointing and they were light, aromatic and perfectly sweet.

- Messi pizza.

Pizza is another thing that often disappoints me in a gluten-free world. It is usually super crispy, chewing and / or mild. This was a real pizza and we have to try some amazing flavors. And I had a beer first in the years !! I think he said they had 40 different kinds of gluten without gluten?!

If you are without health or gluten for health reasons or simply love food and want to try new places, I can't recommend this tour enough. The head on it was ordered in advance, so book your place as soon as you know you are going to Barcelona. The connection is here!

And only heads up, this is not sponsored or anything like that, and I paid happily for our participation. Just a gladly wider word!

So tell me my friends: What is your favorite food for food?

Gluten Free Friends: What is your favorite gluten-free food?

xoxo
