Only when you thought nothing could steal the center of attention from the funny elegant silver surfer of the Iaululia Garner or Ralph Ineson as a giant galacutus that reveals the planet in "Fantastic Four: First Steps", The version of Ben Grimm's film (Ebon Moss-Bahrach) seems to have gone and raised for the beard. You can see how much in the newly discovered final trailer for "First Steps", which gives him the most difficult, strongest member of Marvel's first family more attention than we have seen in past reviews (including the one who finally discovered Pedro Pascal in action as Reed Richards).

Judging by this new promo, it seems to be something - which is known, among other things, his piercing blue eyes and phrase phrase "It's time for Clobern!" - will be the heart of the "first steps" and the butt of many of his jokes, just as he was In previous live films with "Fantastic Four" action. And while the "first steps" aim to change things from those films by skipping the story of the origin of four, Ben seems to be still just a misunderstood man who has been turned into a "monster" and just trying to get it.

However, that beard on his is a pretty awkward sight, even in the context of Marvel's film universe. How, how does anyone even handle rocky hair on the face? Is it more than a simple comb and clippers situation, maybe instead of looking for a hammer and chisel? Where does his beard actually start and end? (It's too bad, Wolverine is obviously not around Give him help for help.) What is more important, because the trailer footage shows that Ben looks pure shaved at another point, does this mean that he will rest from the superheroic to grow the beard in the film?

Maybe we should look at the comic books to shed light on the situation.

It is difficult not to get attention to yourself when you are walking on the rocks, so adding a beard will probably make things worse. Honestly, however, we are not so worried about the choice of Ben's face hair, but how long it takes to increase its stalactite -like formation. As it turns out, the answer can lie in the comics, specifically with an unusual scene set hundreds of years in the future.

In "Fantastic Four" #605, Reed Richards and his father traveling in time, Nathaniel Richards, heading to the future to learn the life of Reid's best friend, who have been discovering them for centuries, surpassing the rest of his superhero family. In the end, the two Richards travel by 5012, where they meet a strong beard that regrets the loss of his friends and await the return of Reid and Sue Storm's son, Franklin (which is out of the world for a very long time and returns only 1000 years later when Ben finally passes).

While we know that the outdoor space plays a huge role in "Fantastic Four: First Steps" (What with the arrival of galacutus and all), could Ben's beard in the leaning during the trip to the film? If so, it would make sense that a member of the four who (literally) aged as a stone would find themselves to return to the present with a new look. This can also have large implications for that the scene "Thunderbolts*" post-credit And as the "first steps" they will further pave the way for "Avengers: Doomsday". Hopefully, we get good answers when the "fantastic four: first steps" will hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
