Kelly took 48 years old Instagram Wednesday, June 18, to post a picture of his hand to give up thumbs up. He created a stack of gold bracelets on his arms, a black lace glove, a black lace glove and sitting in a bar as Margarita was sitting in the background.

"Hi," he wrote the snap to the overler in the text.

He gave the caption of the "God Tuesday" post and added an American flag emoji.

Kelly posted multiple Instagram stories, in two, he told his social media followers to "be beautiful" and "to be kind".

Kelly - who announced his split from Scott, 57, earlier this month - was admitted to a UTA hospital after being detained earlier this week. He was staying at the Sundance Resort of Utah's Sundance.

"The deputys responded to the Sundance Resort for a woman's report for which some assistance was needed," Read a statement Man Friday, June 13, from local law enforcement. "After talking to the woman, our deputys learned that he had commented to a family member and he made the same comment on our deputy."

The statement concludes: "That is why, our deputy takes the woman to the local hospital."
