"So, originally, when the show was released last year, a few nurses reached me and told me that my thyroid showed up," Jesse explained when he was ready to check in the hospital for surgery. "At first I was, 'Oh, whatever. They probably don't know,' and I have blown it."

Following his doctor's advice, Jesse underwent surgery to remove half of his thyroid.
"Partial is probably the best option to be partial because it is partially and perfected is obviously the minimum aggressive." After the surgery, Jesse said that despite some sore throat, he was already feeling "a bit better".
