When Roland Emerich's "Starghat" was released in cinemas in 1994, he enjoyed warm admission to the box office. The premium imitated the science science genre with action/drama elements and revolves around the title Stargate, a device capable of transporting people to and from distant points in the galaxy. Although the comprehensive strokes of the story have shown enough fun, enthusiastically plan to make two more films eventually failed. With the film trilogy out of the equation, all hopes were wrapped in Stargat SG-1, the Sefi Channel series, which used Emerich's film as launch to build its own strange, attractive world.

To say that "SG-1" is the heart of the beating of "Starghat" is an underestimation.
