Scarlett's future witch at MCU seems to be in uncertainty right now. Her death is unclear enough to come back, but for now, movies and TV show were going forward as if it were really dead.

Here's how I read this. Catarin Blair (who wrote for Loki Season 2) writes "TV" as if it were MCC Canon. The comic strip uses the MCC's aesthetic and ensemble, including black-orange uniforms and original characters like Miss minutes. But the comic is not Officially Sanctioned MCU "Canon", because if the films do They ever returned Wanda, they won't tie up trying to accommodate this comic book. Hence, the "very similar variant" used by Perez.

Wanda Maksimoff may not have the same future as the "real" MCU, but it seems to have the same past! At some point, the arbitrary labels for the "canon" become pedantic. If it looks and acts as Wanda Maksimoff, who played Elizabeth Olsen, she may be.
