What does the training session look like?
Expert coach Kelsey Heenan has been strongly designed for her session, thanks to a series of goals, expandable training and resistance base. You can make it comfortable at home. You just need a dumbbell. You can also add carpets and towels more comfortably.
Here is a quick outline of what you can expect.
- High body: Develop the strength and definition of the upper body as a target resistance movement that requests shoulders, arms, chests and backs. This session relies on controlled progressive overload to improve muscle durability and carve powerful upper body.
- Lower body: It is a combination of the buttocks, sada muscles, hamstrings and calfs to develop the strength, stability and force of the lower body. Expect a mix of functional exercises and muscle strengthening designed to increase endurance and develop long and thin muscles.
- Full body 1: A complete reinforcement session that maximizes muscle activation and overall endurance by combining the resistance of the top and lower body. This training session tests strength, adjustment and stability while promoting balanced muscle development.
- Full body 2: Increase the limit with a gradual overload technology that develops strength, agility and muscle endurance. This session integrates dynamic movements to improve functional training and overall power.
- Overwhelming: Strengthen and sculpt ABS with a targeted mix of resistance and stability motion designed to develop the endurance and deep participation of the trunk. This training session encourages better posture, improves motor performance, creates powerful and defined abdomen.
