Most people agree that the Simpsons have not been very good for a long time. In recent years, you may have heard that The "Simpsons" is good again or that modern seasons actually delivered some underestimated episodes of "Simpsons". But the reality is that this is a show that lasts in a full 36 seasons at this point, and whatever spin, you are trying to wear it, something has passed in fundamentally bad.

Only when this happens remains the point of debate among the fans. There are those who swear the "Simpsons" have been good for just a few seasons for a few seasons, but most will agree that the golden years were somewhere between the third and tenth season. Others involved this writer claim that the series is good until the 12th season, but if this is useful Table The display of the IMDB rank for every Simpsons season is something to pass, season 12 was really the beginning of the show's problems.
That season contains several episodes of underestimation, one of which is "Simpsons High Stories". Taking out on 20.05.2001, the finale of Season 12 did not go well for the future of the show, not only collected a poorly 6.9 IMDB rating (which makes it one of the lowest ranked episodes on the platform to that point), but also attracts a mixed reaction from critics. As such, Jimim Kerry was probably pretty happy that he was unable to make his scheduled guest.

Jimim Carrie never appeared on the Simpsons but he approached
However, you feel about it, clearly "Simpsons" has dipped after the first ten years and has become a complete disaster in later years. However, somehow, even with this dramatic drop in quality, the "Simpsons" maintains at least part of its cultural climb, attracting the world's largest guest stars. Some of The best guest stars on the Simpsons are big names that any other show would never have hope for landing. By musicians like nyoni cache and Michael Acksexon (whose episode was banned later) In the A-list film stars like Michelle Pfeiffer, and even appreciated scientists as Steven Hawking, the Simpsons hosted almost every great name in any business that can be imagined.

A big starfish that has yet to appear on the series, however, is Jimim Kerry, who at that time the "Simpsons" became popular, experienced a meteoric increase in popularity. It is therefore strange that Kerry never appeared on the show during the 1990s, when he and he were in the midst of their forces. Unfortunately, until 2001, the Ace Ventura starvet to get the "Simpsons", and even it was dug in the last minute.
In "Simpsons High Stories", Hobo regulates the title family with three stories while driving by train, all showing family members Simpson as different characters from American folklore and classic American literature. The first story is seen by Homer like Paul Buyan, while the latter is characterized by Lisa as Connie Phthsed, and the third focuses on Bart and Nelson like Tom Sawyer and Jacques Finn. Initially, the hobo that told these stories was supposed to be an American legend of different kinds: Jimim Kerry. However, in the end, for many years Voice Actor "Simpsons" Hank Azaria - who recently tried his replacement of Ai's voice - ended with playing the role. Why? Well, Kerry was a busy man.

Jimim Carrie was too busy for his Simpsons
"Simpsons High Stories" was imagined as something as followed by a well -used 1999 "Bible Stories of Simpson", which similarly shows short stories starring the Simpson family. Unfortunately, the "high stories" were not so admitted, with viewers generally felt as if they did not match the previous episodes of anthology (as evidenced by the low IMDB ratings), while the reviewers felt similarly backed up. Writing for Guide to DVD movies Colin Jacejkobson claims that the three-story structure "doesn't really fly here" while DVD chatCasey Burchby was even less forgiving, writing: "It is understandable that after 11 years, the show may have a problem continuing to appear with original material for the same five characters, but the episodes of anthology are found as quite transparent attempts to avoid that challenge."

It was not a complete disaster, but the "Simpsons High Stories" was just the beginning of what would be an increasingly evident drop in quality for the series. Can Jimim Kerry improve that? Maybe. During the DVD -song for comments about Simpson Talis's executive producer and show -show, Mike Sculi, he said: "We actually talked to Jimim Kerry about it because he wanted to do it and we couldn't work it out with his schedule at the time.
At the time of producing "Simpsons High Stories" (2000/2001) Kerry began filming a romantic drama "Messest" and preparing to promote "As Grinch stole Christmas". Between these two commitments, Kerry seems to have just had no time to express Hobo in the "Simpsons High Stories". Since it was a small part, however, I'm not sure it would do much to raise the episode, though it certainly wouldn't be one of Simpsons' worst clogs History, and it would be nice for the comedy legend to be immortalized in the series before jumping the shark completely.

However, Kerry was referred elsewhere in the show. In the previous season, Homer actually ripped down Kerry's "Cable" script to "nearly destruction" of the actor's career and in the season 6 future version of Lisa and her Loveubov, Hugh Parkfield, go to the theater to watch "40 classic films starring." Unfortunately, even in the years after the "Simpsons High Stories", now the legendary actor has never borrowed his voice on the show.
