Hard Bike Day – Bionicoldguy

Now that my antibiotics have done their job, I am back to the full slope. Yesterday was a difficult day for me. But what I've read lately makes us realize what I'm doing wrong. I made a long (2 hours+) ride for my tough action, ending the interval and sprint after a few hours on a brisk cruising. This means my legs are always tired when I start the hardest part. Instead, if I sprint and interval after a brief warm-up, I can work harder to get more benefits. I did this on the last pair of hard rides and it felt great. Telling too early whether it will lead to better results, but I prefer it. The long fast parade now remains on other days.

Metcalf Gas Plant is about 10 miles from home and worked hard this morning. When it is cold, steam sometimes hangs near the ground rather than rising in the plume.
In a beautiful park across the street from my house. Miramonte Villa, also known as the "Morgan Hill House" can be seen through Lombardy Poplars. Our town's historic former residence with the same name is now a good museum.
