Raper's defense team made shocking requirements in new court documents, because they accused the news of the video and resolved it.

Last year, Sean "Diddy" Combs regreted under fire after CNN lowered the short clip attacking his ex-girlfriend at the hotel.

In new court documents obtained by TMZTeam Reper said CNN bought the only video tape containing evidence of the alleged allegation of Baddy.

Their argument is that the news destroyed the clip after publishing the modified version of IT online to paint DIDDY in poor light.

Team and the prosecutors of the rappers filed a joint letter on the evidence in his federal case, in which Diddy's team made the bomb charges against CNN.

The letter reads: "CNN has purchased the only known copy of the hotel surveillance recording, changed the video software, and then destroyed the original recordings, although he also knew the Federal Investigation several times."

Diddy's defense team further accused the CNN "covering the time stamp and then changing videos in order to accelerate the video to take place faster than they are. As a result, CNN videos do not show the events concerned."

The building in which the alleged attacking incident was recorded, the InterContinental Hotel, allegedly turned off in the Los Angeles area where it happened.

No other unchanged recording copies do not exist, as TMZ. Now, Diddy's team discovered that they plan to apply for the exclusion of the video from his upcoming trial.

While Didy is not sued for his actions in the virus video, he was allegedly to present prosecutors as evidence in the court in alleged violent behavior.

It is also worth noting that the video may not be shown in court because significantly regulating and the judge would usually insist in the case of raw and inappropriate shots as evidence.

In November 2024, Diddy lawyers filed court documents in which they tried to explain some violent acts shown in the video.

In one scene, Diddy dragged the Kasi down the hall in his hotel room after trying to go over the elevator.

Surprisingly, Diddy claimed that he did not "pull" Cassie down the hallway, contrary to what was shown in the video.

The different scene in the video also showed the semi-naked dida throwing a vase all over the room, and Cassie was probably the intended goal. Repeper also denied it and claimed that he had thrown only the content of the vase in Cassie.

Diddy mentioned that the incident did not harmonize with receivables of federal prosecutor's offices for sexual trade or forced sex.

He said the argument was simply "a sad view in the consensus of a long-term decade" and described as just a "domestic dispute".

Repeper is currently held in prison after arrest 16. September 2024. years, on the accusation of trafficking, racketing and transportation to deal with prostitution.
