Mysterious boxes are known hard to pull. You have to balance the great mystery while introducing new elements and questions at the same time as you give answers, so as not to increase the audience boring and stop watching. And yet, you do not want the whole story to be explicit and only for mysteries, as it does good entry on Wikipedia, but it does not have to be a good narrative. As we learn about Bradford's actions leading to his death, we see him going to the local library in the city to make a mix of his son - the first time he went there, obviously. Such significant and memorable details would be something that Xavier would learn, you would think, but obviously he is not that smart.
