The "Office" appeared a ton of guest performances, along with his basic set of repetitive characters. Some of these started as guests and moved to full -time roles, Like Andy Bernard on Ed Helm. Others made a brief appearance and were outside, like De Angelo Wickers at Will Ferrell. And then there were those who rode in the line for some time, like Karen Filipeli on Rashida Onesons.

Karen arrives in Season 3 as a new LOVEUBER interest of Jimim Halpert. She follows him in Sipnanto when the Stamford branch closes, and the rest of the season becomes a regular show on the show. The sweet, sincere nature of Karen's character helps to join the group, both in Stamford and Stranton. As for the audience, she could be hated as the third part of the Jimim/Pam triangle triangle, but it wasn't. Whether Needed needed repair from her favorite chip brand or was excessively invested in a circle of Call of Duty, her authenticity helped helped become a favorite fan for many.

Even so, from the moment it appeared, it was inevitable that she would impose himself aside for Pam at some point, and Rashida Onesons felt that tension behind the scenes. In a segment of The camera shuttle showshe explained, she,

"I always felt like a guest starvet of the" Office ". Everyone was so beautiful to me, but I always felt like a guest starvet.

That didn't mean she had to leave the show in full. And yet, when it comes to smoking, that's exactly what happened. The question of many fans was, why? Did Onesons feel the need to come out? Or, she was an Oscaasy from the others behind the scenes?

There are many moving parts of television backup policy, and it is never easy to know the specifics of who influenced which decisions. However, at times, the actors can help lighten why a certain development is taking place, and as with so many details about the "office", the detailed story of Karen Skrinton's script came out to the "Office Ladies" podcast. In the episode "The Job, Part 2", actor Angela, Angela Kinsey, explained the motivation for the move:

"It seems that they wanted to give themselves some elections. But we also know what was happening at this time, and that is that Rashida booked her role in "Parks and REK" and she was supposed to start that work. So, and they needed, you know, finally Jimim and Pam to be together, without any kind of deterrence.

Her exit from the finals of the 3rd of the Office was in May 2007. "Parks and Recreation" premiered less than two years later, in April 2009, with Onesons playing a major role outside the gate. The craziest part of the transition is that it was not the only option: there was a very real chance Karen Filipeli could not only stay at the "office", but to become the head of Michael and Jimim.

Rashida Onesons's repetitive role in the "Office" began and ended with Season 3. But that was not everything he wrote - not with a long blow. For beginners, there was a very real chance that Onesons would hold a key role in the show. Not any prominent as Eddie Helm, Andy, but still important.

According to the ladies of the "Office Ladies" podcasts, there was serious attention to keep Jons in the corporate offices of Dander Miflin. Rumors have it (through ENENA Fisher) that they even filmed an alternative ending where Karen gets the job. She cries in a newuork. Then the phone ringsvons and, hey wa! She gets the job. For those of you who follow at home, yes, this will be done by the boss of Michael and Jimim and will give the series a repetitive role. But even while filming the alternative end, the creators knew writing was on the id. Onesons headed for a new show - the one where he would play a more prominent role.

Fortunately, that did not mean that she wasn't good. The departure was clearly friendly, and Onesons was able to return more than once in the coming seasons. In the season 4 episode "branch wars", we catch it at the Utika branch, where she is now a regional manager and peer of Michael. (Clearly, she nailed the interview in season 3). We also re -engage in it in the episode of the season 5 "Lecture Lectures: Part 1", where we discover that she again found the loveube and is pregnant (not with Jimim's child). Her last appearance is in season 7 episode "midnight threat" (which barely entered the top 15 of /Ranking the movie for the best episodes of "Office"), where he appears along with a series of other characters in Michael's film.
