Our latest storm has passed (we have five inches of rain, yes!) so I can go back to the regular workouts and it feels long and it feels great. Just as I'm in mine Last article I got approval from the documentation for strength training so I did that Thursday and I loved going back to that one too. I did longer and tough rides on Tuesday and yesterday, which were challenging but fun. Other days, I did a easier ride.
When I'm not good, I'm poor Sciatica This has reduced me a lot while exercising. I'm glad I can work hard now and look forward to getting back to my "fight weight" in a few weeks.
