As part of the court proceedings, Vibrant and Reynolds will be required to turn over all relevant correspondence, including emails, text messages and any other forms of communication that may be deemed appropriate for the case.

According to Daily mailA source close to the matter revealed that the couple, along with their publicist Leslie Sloane, are also being hit by the deposition, which will see them ordered to provide hours of testimony and chat with Baldoni's lawyers.

The "imminent" subpoena comes as part of an ongoing legal dispute over the nature of the events that apparently unfolded on the set of "It's Over with Us," the lively and baldy.

The feud between the vivacious and the baldoni seemed to be raising more eyebrows after new footage surfaced seemingly questioning the actress' sexual harassment allegations.

In his complaint, he vividly claimed that Baldoni sexually assaulted her while filming a dance scene by trailing his lips down her neck and telling her, "it smells so good."

In her submission, she insisted that no one heard him say that because the romantic montage was silent and their microphones were turned off.

After the release of the clip, lively and Reynolds made a shocking law.

According to TMJthe actress asked Judge Gag Baldonia's lawyer, cited by Bryan Freedman, alleging that he made false statements about the case.

The couple asked the court to issue a protective order to prevent Liberty from engaging in "improper conduct", including going on an alleged "harassed and retaliatory media campaign" against them.

The couple claims that Freedman "violated court rules that stop an attorney from making statements to the press that are irrelevant to the case and may prejudice the jury."

They also mentioned the released unedited clips of the instance Baldoni sexually harassed, saying it "corroborates, in the letter, what Ms. Zivalo described" in her initial complaint in December.

Sources close to Baldoni expressed frustration over the ongoing gag order request, saying Daily mail that it was "grossly unfair" given the danger he faced.

According to sources, Baldoni lost three business opportunities and hundreds of millions of dollars after what they describe as defamatory allegations were published The New York Times.
