"Maybe people underestimate how long we spent looking and disappearing into these women," Grande said Diversity during the previous interview. “So when it takes time for certain inflections or mannerisms to go away, people sometimes make fun of themselves. But we had work to do, and we had things to get lost in – because that's what the piece called for.”
Grande, known for her sharp wit and self-awareness, couldn't resist laughing at one physical change left over from her time as Glinda.

Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater celebrate Oscar Nom

Grande and Slater appear to have celebrated the Oscar news together in London, where they were spotted earlier this week at a Universal luncheon with Eriva. The couple met on the set of "Wicked" and began dating in 2023, although they have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight due to public criticism.
The "Victorious" alum was previously married to Dalton Gomez for two years, while Slater was married to Lily J for nearly four years before they started dating. Despite early speculation, Grande vehemently denied any overlap between their relationship and previous marriages.
