"Christmas Eve on a beautiful sunny day in Aspen on vacation with my family, I had a life-changing skiing accident," the Netflix star shared with her followers. "At the top of the mountain, I caught the top and planted my face. Luckily, I always wear a helmet, it didn't look too bad at the time, and I was able to ski to the bottom."
"The last thing I remember was being intubated and waking up after an emergency craniectomy with Jetta by my side," Ban added at the time.
