Here's what LA County Superior Court Judge Mark S. Arnold had to say to A$AP Rocky's mother, Renee Black
according to complexWednesday, January 22, marked the second day of jury duty in Rocky's trial. Also, the date marked Rocky's last court appearance. According to the outlet, the rapper was also joined by his mother and his sister, Erika B.
During the hearing, Judge Arnold is said to have asked about the new people present. In response, Rocky explained that they were his mother and sister while his lawyer responded:
"You can't tell, can you, which mother it is?" Joe Tacopina reportedly told the judge.
On the other hand, Judge Arnold is said to have shared a question for Rocky's mother.
"You must have been about 7" he said “...You are very beautiful. That's on record."
Afterwards, Judge Arnold's comment to Rocky's mother has sparked chatter online.

Al Sharpton is also making headlines, speaking out in the middle of the Rapper's trial
according to complexWednesday's court proceedings also sparked additional headlines. That same day, Reverend Al Sharpton took over Xformerly known as Twitter, to share a lengthy message about jury selection in A$AP Rocky's trial.
It has been brought to my attention... that of the one hundred and six (106) people called to serve as jurors in A$AP Rocky's trial in Los Angeles, only 4 are black,” he wrote in part. "...It is absolutely ridiculous that a jury is not fair and representative to deprive A$AP Rocky of a fair trial... I am monitoring this trial and challenging the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office to ensure that justice is fair and representative. A$AP to Rocky".
Here's why A$AP Rocky is appearing before Judge Mark S. Arnold and his formal plea
Ass Shadow Room previously reported Rocky was arrested and charged with assaulting a former friend in April 2022. The alleged victim, Terell Ephron, also known as A$AP Relli, accused the rapper of intentionally firing a gun and leaving him injured with bullet fragments.
So far, Rocky has maintained his innocence. He recently reportedly rejected a plea deal to the assault charge.
Per complexRocky's lawyer wants to argue that the weapon the rapper is accused of was a "prop gun" or a non-functioning gun.
