Diddy sues man for claiming he has tapes of alleged assaults

His attorney filed the $50 million lawsuit in Federal District Court in Manhattan, marking the first case against a plaintiff. In them, he repeatedly claimed to have tapes of Diddy engaging in sexual acts with celebrities and people who appear to be underage. Burgess also said a grand jury heard his testimony in October as they considered more charges against Brother Love.
