Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' daughter Lola told about the profound step she took on her spiritual path that brought her peace.

The 19-year-old shared pictures from her baptism and explained that she felt "lost and hopeless" until she discovered her faith.

Sheen and Richards' daughter Lola spoke about the spiritual and mental renewal she experienced after finding her faith.

Sharing pictures from her baptism, Lola took her away Instagram to mention how she went through a difficult period in her life and how she coped with "deep depression" that brought her to "rock bottom".

However, things seemingly changed when she met "not only my savior but also my best friend, Jesus."

"Feeling so lost and hopeless and just doing my best to get through the next day," Lola wrote in the caption. "I just accepted that my life was going to be like this forever and I thought I'd never have a genuine laugh again. Until I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus."

The teenager called the experience "supernatural", adding that her savior became her "sun" and loved her when she "didn't feel worthy of love".

Although Lola did not highlight the exact ordeal she experienced, she noted in the caption that her anxiety had taken its toll.

"Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety and gave me a peace that makes no sense. Now I'm smiling again, in places where I only cried," she wrote. "Jesus fulfilled his promise to make me new and completely renew my mind. Jesus is the only reason I am here today and has made my life worth living."

Lola explained that she decided to be baptized because she "endured this year only with the strength of Jesus."

Earlier this month, she shared a video of her baptism accompanied by a verse from Psalms, much to the admiration of friends, fans and loved ones.

Lola has since started a faith-based podcast called "Heavenly Bonded," about "walking with Jesus and walking through life."

"I've wanted to share how God has changed my life for so long, and I'm so happy I finally did," she wrote in the caption. "I can't wait to see how Jesus uses this podcast, and I couldn't be more excited. I love you, and God loves you more."

Lola's life seems to be at odds with that of her older sister Sami. Since joining OnlyFans shortly after her 18th birthday in 2022, Sami has found success as a model on the platform.

Sheen and Richards married in 2002, but began experiencing marital problems shortly before welcoming Lola in 2005.

In a 2020 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Richards explained that their relationship began to "change rapidly" while she was pregnant with Lola.
