Two decades later, Jim Jones he's still talking about his bae Chrissy Lampkin. Over the years, it has been a couple marriage discussion centergiven his doubts and longing to marry. While they are still unmarried, she recently shared a precious moment: their first meeting.

Jim Jones remembers the first time Chrissy approached him

Jim he shared his comeback story while chatting on the '90sBabyShow recently. The Harlem-raised rapper said Chrissy Lampkin is also from the area.

"I fell in love with Chrissy...Chrissy's probably one of the baddest chicks in Harlem," Jim said.

The first time he saw Lampkin was at a historic Harlem spot called Mart 125, originally the Harlem Flea Market. in 2023, It was reported by Harlem World Magazine That Mart 125 was open between 1986 and 2002. That space served as a covered market near the Apollo Theater. Jones said he arrived with Mase. At the time, Chrissy had short hair.

Fast forward to 2004, when Jim Jones and Chrissy Lampkin met at a nightclub in Miami. She says, "He ran (against him) and said some funny shit."

"I was like, wow, this is crazy. In my head, I was like, 'Wow, I'm nervous.' Like I was trying to find my cool. At this point I felt like all my cool was out the window and I feel like I'm the coolest person in the world." , Jim said between bright smiles.

At that point, the host noted that Lampkin still seems to have that effect on Jones, judging by his blush.
