Sources claim Kanye West is "terrified" to return to the US

"Kanye's reasoning for not being (in America) has nothing to do with his kids and everything to do with the multiple lawsuits he's facing in the United States," a source told Daily Mail.
"With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified," the sources continued, referring to the ongoing sex crime charges filed against Diddy when he is set to go on trial in May 2025.
Despite distancing himself from the Bad Boy Records founder, especially after their falling out, sources told the outlet that West fears being dragged into the case, possibly as a witness.
