according to HipHopDXJudge Arnold, prosecuting attorney and A$AP's attorney, Joe TacopinaA pre-trial hearing was held on Wednesday, January 15. During the hearing, the judge asked the lawyers how he should refer to Rihanna during the case.
"Is she his girlfriend or his wife?" asks the judge in the circulating footage.
In response, Tacopina explained that Rih is Rocky's “common-law wife… or just 'wife.'” The judge appeared open to referring to Rih as a defense suggestion.
However, at that time, the prosecutor said to share his disagreement.
"They are not legally married (so) we would prefer not to call him his wife, and she is called his partner or (the mother of his children)," explained a prosecutor.
Ultimately, the judge was moved by the defense's objections and said that if Rih and Rocky are "not legally married anywhere," he won't mention his wife.

Ass Shadow Room as previously reported, Rocky is headed to trial in April 2022 on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Additionally, the alleged victim, A$AP Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron, has alleged that the rapper intentionally shot him multiple times. Furthermore, Relli claimed that he was injured by bullet fragments.
So far, Rocky has maintained his innocence, believing that Relli's claims are an attempt at extortion.
