West shared a provocative throwback clip from 2008 of Pamela Anderson, now 57, celebrating Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's birthday on "The Girls Next Door."
In a video posted on his Instagram storiesAnderson was seen presenting Hefner with a birthday cake as he was doting.
The post is paired with explicit audio from what appears to be West's unreleased track titled "Hide Your B-tch."
The "Baywatch" star, famous for having graced the cover of Playboy 13 times, joined Hefner's then-girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson for the celebration.
As Anderson approached with a candlelit chocolate cake, Hefner seemed more mesmerized by her bold appearance than the cake itself, commenting, "You look good."

Before sharing the provocative video of Anderson, West came under fire for posting an explicit photo of his wife, Censori.
In the clip, the 30-year-old model wore the tiniest bikini ever as she hit a pole for the camera.
Fans took to the comments section in their numbers to slam the rapper, claiming he was "disrespecting" his wife for putting her "on public display."
"I can't imagine exposing someone who is truly loved like that," one user wrote, while another added: "Sorry, but a man who does this to his wife doesn't love his wife."
"Just to show his complete lack of respect for his wife. No decent man would expose a woman he's supposed to love like that," wrote one furious fan, according to Daily Mail.
"Any decent man would protect his wife from gruesome sexual images and keep them to himself!" added another.

The rapper reunited with his children after a long 118-day separation, as he spends most of his time abroad.
West, who has traveled extensively with Censori since their marriage, was seen in Japan on Tuesday with his three youngest children.
The Daily Mailphotos obtained and videos showing West and his children, Saint, 9, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, visiting a 7-Eleven store in Tokyo's Ginza district.
Dressed in black, West was photographed leaving the store with his children, who were carrying large bags of snacks, after the brief 10-minute stop.
Censori and West's oldest daughter, North, 11, was notably absent from the trip, and it's unclear if North traveled to Japan with her siblings to visit her father.
