The actor filed the $400 million lawsuit just days after he called on Disney and Marvel executives to preserve documents to prove that Reynolds mocked him in his "Deadpool and Wolverine" movie.
Justin Baldoni was already sued by Blake Lively last year, who accused him of sexual harassment and creating a toxic work environment.

In a new twist to the legal drama between Lively and Baldoni, the latter has her co-star with a major new lawsuit, alleging the actress and her husband Ryan Reynolds tried to "destroy" him.
According to the legal documents he obtained DiversityBaldoni filed a 179-page complaint in the Southern District of New York, accusing Lively and Reynolds of civil extortion, defamation and invasion of privacy.

"Basically, this is not a case of celebrities taking shots at each other in the press," Baldoni's lawsuit says. “This is a case about two of the most powerful stars in the world using their enormous power to steal an entire movie right out of the hands of its director and production studio... When the plaintiffs have their day in court, the jury will recognize that even the most powerful celebrity can't bend truth to your will.”
This comes shortly after Baldoni's attorney sent a stay-at-law letter to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and Disney CEO Bob Iger regarding the actor's "anticipated claims" against Reynolds, Lively and other unnamed parties.

The letter demands that studio executives retain "any and all documents relating to the development of the Nicepool character" and "communications relating to the development, writing and filming of stories and scenes featuring Nicepool".
