Kanye West he was recently spotted reuniting with his children during a low-key trip to Tokyo. The rapper was seen sharing a tender moment with them during a trip to a local 7-Eleven store.

West has reportedly been away from the US for the past few months, with him and his wife, Bianca Censorssailing around the world.

However, sources recently revealed that Kanye West's extended absence was due to fear of being drawn into the controversy surrounding his former friend, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

According to Daily MailWest was seen hanging out with his three youngest children at a 7-Eleven store in Tokyo on Tuesday.

The "Carnival" rapper looked all black casual when he visited the store in the Ginza district with Saint, Chicago and Psalm, who were holding the bags of snacks they were given.

For the outing, West's wife, Bianca Censori, and his oldest daughter, North, did not tag along, and it remains unclear if the 11-year-old went to visit her father with her siblings.

"A black van pulled up ahead and all of a sudden the kids ran in and Kanye followed behind, trying to hide in the 7-Eleven with the hood up," an eyewitness told the paper.

"The kids shopped the store - they had two bags full of random lollipops and snacks," the source added. "Me and a few other families noticed him."

West's last public time out with his children was in September when they performed together at a "Vultures 2" listening party in Haikou, China. The founder of Yeezy became famous around the world with his wife, traveling from one place to another.

As a result, his ex-wife and mother of his four children, Kim Kardashian, accused him of being an absentee father after revealing that he was raising their children alone.

The SKIMS founder revealed this in a November conversation with her friend Zoe Winkler, in which she explained that she feels like a single parent.

Winkler then told her the parenting situation was "crazy," to which she replied, "Yeah." The reality TV star added that she doesn't talk much about raising her children because it involves "a lot of judgment."

"You and I mostly bonded over parenting and judgment, and you know, I feel like sometimes you're on your own," Kardashian said, before adding that she's "basically raising four kids here (alone)."

This follows reports suggesting that West's extended absence from the country was due to his "terrified" involvement in the controversy surrounding his former friend Sean "Diddy" Combs and several lawsuits filed against him.

Back in June, his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, sued him alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment while she worked for him between 2021 and 2022.

She claimed in the initial complaint that West fired her after she refused to sleep with him and alleged in an updated filing in October that he sexually assaulted her during a party at a Santa Monica studio where Diddy was allegedly present.

The former "America's Next Top Model" star also recently accused West of assaulting her during the filming of a music video.

West is also said to have been away from the country for so long because of the Didi controversy.

"Kanye's reasoning for not being (in America) has nothing to do with his kids and everything to do with the multiple lawsuits he's facing in the United States," a source told Daily Mail.

"With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified," the sources continued, referring to the ongoing sex crime charges filed against Diddy when he is set to go on trial in May 2025.

Despite distancing himself from the Bad Boy Records founder, especially after their falling out, sources told the Daily Mail that West fears being dragged into the case, possibly as a witness.

Many social media users criticized West for sharing an extremely steamy photo of his wife on his Instagram account on Monday, which he quickly deleted.

The 30-year-old Australian beauty wore the skimpiest bikini in the photo as she posed for the very provocative photo.

Fans took to the comments section in droves to blast him for "disrespecting" his wife and putting her "on public display".

"I can't imagine exposing someone who is truly loved like that," one user wrote, while another added: "Sorry, but a man who does this to his wife doesn't love his wife."

"Just to show his complete lack of respect for his wife. No decent man would expose a woman he's supposed to love like that," wrote one furious fan, according to Daily Mail.

"Any decent man would protect his wife from gruesome sexual images and keep them to himself!" added another.
