The influencer dedicated her first Sports Illustrated cover to moving on from the ruins of her past relationship and reclaiming everything she lost.

Brianna LaPaglia and Zach Bryan called it quits last year after a year of their very public relationship, a decision the internet personality claimed blindsided her.

The podcaster looked ethereal on the magazine's cover, which featured her extremely toned body in a bikini as she walked down a rocky path. But beyond looking beautiful, LaPaglia explained the thought process behind agreeing to do her first magazine cover shoot. She noted:

"It's so much more than looking quote-unquote hot in a bathing suit—it's me reclaiming who I am as a woman, reclaiming my body and my choices and mine election."

The model explained that the images signify that she has returned to take control of her life and narratives. She added: "This is my body; my body is not that experience, and even though I'm not 100% in it right now, this is me. This has nothing to do with anyone else."
