Kanye West has been noticeably absent from his home in Los Angeles for months, prompting speculation as to the reason for his extended globetrotting.

Now, insiders close to the "Donda" rapper claim he's worried about facing several lawsuits that have put him under fire, as well as becoming embroiled in the growing controversy surrounding his former friend, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Meanwhile, Kanye West continues to stir up controversy online as he recently shared a racy snap of his wife Bianca Censors to celebrate his 30th birthday.

West and his wife Censori recently paid a whopping $35 million to buy a sprawling mansion in Beverly Hills with 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, two pools and a spa.

However, the couple is rarely out on the town enjoying their new home or strolling around LA like they used to.

West has been making the rounds with Censori for the past eight months, traveling from Tuscany in May to Paris and then to Russia in June, just as his legal troubles mounted.

Sources said Daily Mail that there is a reason why West chose to keep his distance due to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian's accusations that he is an absentee father to their children.

"Kanye's explanation for not being (in America) has nothing to do with his children and everything to do with the multiple lawsuits he is facing in the United States," sources told the outlet.

"With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified," the sources continued, referring to the ongoing sex crime charges filed against Diddy when he is set to go on trial in May 2025.

The "Vultures 1" singer has been linked to several lawsuits. In June of last year, his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit accusing him of wrongful termination and sexual harassment during her work for him between 2021 and 2022.

She claimed in the first filing that West fired her after she refused to sleep with him. Then, in an updated filing she filed in October, she accused him of sexually assaulting her during a party at a Santa Monica studio where Diddy was allegedly present.

According to Daily MailPisciotta claims she was told to either have a drink or leave and was served drinks that were "spilled in the direction of the West".

After drinking, she allegedly "slipped into an altered and very damaged state," and years later the rapper suggested to her that they had sex that night.

Pisciotta's attorney, Mark Koorenny, referenced West's extended absence from the country in a November filing, saying he was "out of the country" to avoid "service (of a subpoena)," which stalled the lawsuit.

West and Diddy were longtime friends and valued colleagues before disagreements soured their relationship.

Both rappers have shared their admiration for each other in the past, with West calling the knowledgeable hip-hop mogul his "idol" while presenting him with a lifetime achievement award during the 2022 BET Awards.

"I just need to meet this man," West said of Diddy when talking about his music. "This is my favorite artist."

West also mentioned how instrumental Diddy has been in his personal life, saying that he usually "goes to him for advice to this day" and that the father of six "has inspired a lot of my life decisions."

Despite distancing himself from Diddy after their fallout, sources said Daily Mail that the "Carnevala" rapper is afraid of being drawn into the case, perhaps as a witness.

Meanwhile, West has not stopped stirring up controversy about the nature of his relationship with Censori.

The father of four took to his Instagram account to share a nude shot of the Australian architect sitting in a bathtub while celebrating her 30th birthday.

It comes amid speculation they were headed for divorce and resorted to buying their Beverly Hills mansion as a "last ditch effort" to save their marriage.

Censori reportedly wants "stability" in their marriage as she yearns to start a family and raise children. However, given the rapper's frequent travels, how he will achieve this remains to be seen.

"Bianca has wanted stability for over a year now," the source said Daily Mail. "This house was a last ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what he wants and that's a family and to be grounded. But her family doesn't know if Kanye will give her this."

The insider continued: "Kanye changes every day about what he wants to do and that house was bought with the intention of living in it."

According to the news, a source revealed that Censori has grown tired of the constant movement and would like to settle down.

They explained that Censori is "sick of jumping from hotel to hotel and city to city" and that she "hasn't had any stability since marrying Kanye."

The source also noted that the sexual assault lawsuit filed by his former employee has him "under stress."

They added: "One day they're moving into their dream home. The next he's building a community on top of it and razing it. Then the next day they flip it."
