Karen Huger she did not attend the "Real Housewives of Potomac" reunion taping because she entered rehab.
The Grande Dame was found guilty of DUI in December following her arrest in March. The reality star was charged with DUI and DWI after crashing her Maserati into a utility pole in Montgomery County, Maryland on March 19, 2024.
The Montgomery County Police Department arrested Karen Huger after the crash.

Karen Huger enters rehab after DUI guilty verdict
According to Bravo's "The Daily Dish,” Huger's manager, Ryan Tresdale, released a statement advising that the “RHOP” star has decided to enter a recovery program.
"Karen has made the important decision to enter a private recovery program," the statement read. "So (she) was unable to attend the reunion taping today. She had our full support in this choice. We stand behind Karen as she embarks on this momentous journey and are proud of her for taking such a significant step forward in her personal development."
The 61-year-old reality star was found guilty of DUI and could face up to two years in prison, according to FOX 5 News.

Huger appears intoxicated in police videos after the crash
Fox 5 News shares a police body camera recording since her arrest, and video captured Huger slurring her words and appearing drunk after she crashed into a utility pole near Oaklyn Drive in Potomac.
Paramedics at the scene said the "RHOP" star was "wobbly on her feet, refused treatment and verbally attacked first responders" after the crash. Hugera's husband Ray was also on the scene.
One officer asked Huger, "Do you remember the accident?"
"Yes," she replied. After being asked what happened, she said. "Nothing really," prompting her husband to say, "Somebody pushed you off the road."
"They are," Karen said. However, when the officer asked her, "Do you even remember that vehicle?" The Bravo star replied, "No."

Ray Huger suggests his wife only had 'a couple of beers'
The "RHOP" star's husband, Ray, was at the scene after the accident, suggesting to police that his wife had only had "a couple of beers" the night of the accident.
The protective husband also tried to limit communication between his wife and the officers as they questioned Karen about how much alcohol she had consumed, but was unsuccessful.
"I'm just saying, they assume you drank more than you should have, and I guess you know, you had a few beers or something," Ray said.
Karen replied, "Yes, that's all I had."
Huger reportedly refused a breathalyzer test and refused a field sobriety test, but was arrested at the scene.

Bravo star admits to being 'lit' on Body Cam Video
After Huger was arrested, she was brought to the police station for processing.
As the officer helped the "RHOP" star out of the cruiser, she tripped and exclaimed, "I'm turned on!"
"You're fired," the officer replied.
The reality star's lawyers argued in court that she was only "emotionally distraught" but not intoxicated when she collapsed.
In addition to being found guilty of DUI, Huger was convicted of reckless driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision and failure to notify authorities of a change of address. The reality star was acquitted of reckless driving charges.

After the shocking video of Huger's arrest was released YouTubefans reacted to the video.
One fan said: "I hate this for Karen, but she, she needs help. She's drunk."
Another fan wrote: "No Grand Dame!!!"
After they are found guiltyHuger's attorney, A. Scott Bolden, issued a statement for PEOPLE saying she was "disappointed" by the conviction but planned to appeal.
"While we are disappointed with the jury's verdict, we of course respect their decision and appreciate the time they spent on our case," Bolden wrote. "We continue to reserve Ms. Huger's right to appeal and fully intend to seek justice on her behalf. We appreciate your support and prayers for Ms. Huger and her family at this time."
Huger will be sentenced on January 29.
