The pair's post features several adorable photos of their twin daughters, as well as a sweet family photo of them with their son, Truett, 2, and daughter Nora, 19 months.
In a statement on Thursday, Dr peopleKatie and Jade, 26, shared that "Both girls are healthy, beautiful and have completely captured our hearts." They added: “We are so grateful to God for entrusting us with these precious girls. Our hearts are full, and we are grateful for the love and support we have received during this joyful time.”
