The celebrity businessman has been hosting a party at his Bridgehampton home since 2021 after originally buying it the previous year.

Michael Rubin now intends to focus more on "charity events" in the coming years, with one event scheduled for September this year.

According to US SunRubin no longer plans to host his annual White Party after hosting one every year since 2021.

The party was usually held at his entertainment palace in Bridgehampton, and a select number of famous guests were allowed to attend.

Sources linked the decision to break up to the scandal surrounding embattled rapper Diddy, whose similar nights are now linked to the sex allegations he is facing.

They claimed that the revelations about Diddy's parties spoiled and "ruined" the subject of Rubin's own, which made it wise to end it.

"Diddy White Parties have given this topic such a bad stigma after everything that came out last year," an insider told the news outlet.

For the latest edition, stars like Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady received personalized invitations, hand-painted by Rubin's close friend, artist George Condo.

In addition, other less prominent celebrities on the 300-person guest list received custom black-and-white invitations reportedly valued at $35,000.

Sources also revealed additional reasons why the Fanatics CEO decided to end his annual soirée.

"Michael and his people thought the White Party couldn't get any bigger than it already was, and they wanted to end it on a high note," the insider said. "It's the biggest celebrity party of the year, so it's a big thing that they've ended it, but they also wanted to end it before it got corny.

They added: "It also got completely out of hand with people trying to snag an invite."

Down the road, Rubin reportedly plans to "focus more on charity events," a claim echoed by another source, who also cited other programs as contributing factors to the party's cancellation.

"There will never be a party this summer," the insider further noted. "The plan has always been to rotate the Reform charity event and its summer party so that there are not two in the same year."

"Also, with Fanatics Fest now moving to June this year, that party was never scheduled for 2025," they concluded.

Diddy became notorious for two kinds of parties: his glamorous White Parties, which ended in 2009, and his hedonistic "Freak Offs," which only recently came to light.

The latter is now linked to the rapper's federal sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution charges.

According to reports, these "Freak Offs" were described as wild gatherings where multiple women engaged in sexual relations with male escorts, and several celebrities reportedly attended these hedonistic events.

These parties were also reportedly marred by incidents of violence, with the music mogul accused of assaulting female victims, including punching, kicking, dragging and throwing objects at them.

A former party planner for Diddy previously revealed that the rapper would decorate his mansion with mirrors whenever he hosted his infamous sex parties.

They claimed that this unique setup allowed guests to see themselves "over and over again" while also allowing Diddy to observe every angle during the alleged sex orgies held at his home.

"That was definitely the vibe he wanted to put out there, that everywhere you looked, there was going to be sex. It was debauchery in the wall," the planner said of the decor, according to Daily Mail.

Each of these extravagant parties reportedly cost the rapper $500,000, a price he was always willing to pay as long as he was convinced it would be "awesome."

"All he would ask is, 'Is it going to be a great party?' If the answer was yes, he was ready to pay," the source said.

Of the rapper, they added: "He (also) employed both men and women who called themselves 'models' but it seemed obvious, at least to me, that they were actually sex workers."
