The inquest into his wife's death has been postponed
In order to further investigate the circumstances surrounding Samantha's death, an inquest was recently held at Inner West London Coroner's Court.
However, just before any evidence could be presented, counsel for Warwick's family, William Chapman, adjourned the trial due to the actor's availability.
The actor was supposed to connect remotely for the investigation, but faced technical issues on his end, which could not be resolved.
In his plea, Chapman argued that the hearing should be adjourned because the actor's absence would mean he could not follow or fully contribute to the investigative process.
In response, Assistant Coroner Jean Harkin agreed to the request, saying she believed the actor "would most likely want to be a part of this investigative process."
