Allison HolkerHer revelations about her late husband, Stephen tWitch Boss, in a recent interview angered members of his family, including his cousin Darielle, who took to social media to vent her frustrations.
Darielle wasn't the only one to call out Holker for her interview as Real Housewives of Potomac alum Candiace Dillard also criticized her.
During the interview, Holker revealed that tWitch struggled with drug addiction and kept some painful secrets from her.

Holker's interview with PEOPLE Magazine causes great tension between her and her late husband's family.
Following the interview, tWitch's cousin, Darielle, took to X to share her thoughts on the release. In one of her posts, she said she was tired of being silent and accused Holker of mistreating TWitch's family.
Darielle wrote"I'm so tired of keeping my mouth shut bro. You've soiled our family so much."
U second postDarielle claimed Holker made her and tWitch's family sign an NDA to attend his funeral and wouldn't let them see his children.

She wrote, "Yes idgaf about NDA. This crazy woman made me and his real family sign NDA just to even attend the funeral. She is trying to tarnish his legacy and refuses to let the Boss family see the kids. Just to exploit and LIE to my cousin, no."

'RHOP' alum Candiace Dillard is not happy with Allison Holker
In a similar vein, the television personality reacted to the interview by punching tWitch's widow.
Dillard wrote"I won't even say it. But this white woman does everything but protect her black children and her black husband's legacy. She could have kept this in her therapist's office. SMH."
When a fan suggested that Holker intended to raise awareness about mental illness and drug abuse, Dillard replied"She (Holker) could have simply taken this story to Essence or Ebony where care would be taken to share such a tragically intimate story of the plight of the black man against himself."

Allison Holker shares a devastating discovery
Holker revealed she discovered a "cornucopia" of drugs and "other substances" hidden in her late husband's shoe boxes while cleaning out his closet and selecting his funeral clothes.
She said: "It was really a trigger for me because there were a lot of things I discovered in our closet that I didn't know existed. It was very alarming to find out that there was so much going on that I had no idea (about)."
While the revelation scared Holker, it helped her realize that tWitch "was going through so much and hiding so much, and there must have been a lot of shame in that."

Holker says tWitch dealt with so much hidden pain
Holker said she went through tWitch's journals after his death to find clarity and conclusion. In doing so, she found out that he hid painful secrets from her.
according to her, tWitch dealt with so much internally and tried to self-medicate to deal with his feelings because out of love for everyone he didn't want to share the burden with anyone.
She also revealed that he had alluded to being sexually abused by a male figure during his childhood and that he "didn't want other people to take on his pain".
Holker said, “Reading Stephen's journals and even going back to the books he read and the things he highlighted and listed really gave me a better perspective on where he was in life and the kinds of things he was struggling with. I felt great empathy for him and sadness for all the pain he was carrying."

Holker hopes that sharing tWitch's struggles will help others
Holker, who shares three children with the late Twitch, will release her memoir, "This Far," in which she talks about her journey to healing after the death of her husband. The book will be published on February 4.
The mother-of-three explained: "It was really hard to put all the pieces together. Through certain discussions, even with friends and things that were said, reading his diaries... you realize that he went through a lot as a child and I never faced team."
Holker also hoped that someone struggling in silence would be saved as she shared struggles with tWitch.
She said: "It's hard to think that he's never opened up to someone and wanted to face it, to come through on the other side. I really hope that people who are dealing with the same thing will help themselves to come out of the shadows and ( knows) you'll be fine."
