'The View' co-host Sunny Hostin's husband Emmanuel accused of cheating in a case!

Emmanuel Hostinher husband View co-host Sunny Hostin, is facing serious charges in a new federal lawsuit. Orthopedic surgeon indicted for federal insurance fraud as part of one of the largest racketeering-influenced and corrupt organizations (Rico) has ever been filed in New York.

According to the lawsuit, Emmanuel HostinListed as "Emmanuel Hostin, MD,” is among 200 defendants accused of engaging in fraudulent practices by accepting kickbacks to perform surgeries and billing a company that insures taxi, Uber and Lyft drivers.

The suit, filed on December 17, 2024, alleged that Sunny Knowingly provided fraudulent medical services, including arthroscopic surgery, and then submitted false claims to the insurance company American Transit.

The lawsuit claims these payments were disguised as dividends or other forms of cash distributions in exchange for kickbacks. In response to serious complaints, Emmanuel Hostin lawyer Daniel John Thwaitesissued a statement denying all allegations.

"Dr. I am the host Denies every allegation. John said the lawsuit was a "blanket, scattered, meritless lawsuit by an almost bankrupt insurance carrier."

The lawyer also argued that the lawsuit was intended to intimidate and harass doctors who were paying for services provided to American Transit-insured individuals.

John Also protected Sunny's Professional Record, describing it as "unprecedented" and saying that American Transit filed the lawsuit without properly examining Dr. Hostin's Act or raise any concerns with his legal team.

The lawsuit, which seeks at least $450 million in damages, claims that no-fault fraud is a significant problem in New York, American Transit's attorney said, adding, "American Transit filed this lawsuit as part of its statutory responsibility to combat this type of fraud."
