Justin Baldoni's lawyer says he will release 'evidence' of Blake Lively's 'Pattern of Bullying'
The ongoing feud between Lively and her "It Ends With Us" co-star Baldoni has taken a dramatic turn, as the actor's attorney, Bryan Freedman, claims they have "evidence" of the actress' "pattern of harassment."
According to People MagazineFreedman released a statement on Tuesday, January 7, claiming that Lively and her team were the instigators of a "vicious attack" on his client and that he will release evidence to that effect.
"It's painfully ironic that Blake Lively is accusing Justin Baldoni of weaponizing the media when her own team orchestrated this vicious attack by sending The New York Times heavily redacted documents before he even filed suit," Freedman said.

"We are releasing all the evidence that will show a pattern of harassment and threats to download the film," he continued. Blake Lively sued Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment
Freedman's statement comes after Lively filed a 10-count lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging he sexually harassed her on the set of the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel, as well as orchestrating a "coordinated effort to destroy her reputation."
She said in the filing that Baldoni "frequently" called women at work "sexy" and recounted a particular incident in which he "pressured" her to take off her coat to reveal her jumpsuit, even though it was partially unbuttoned and showed her bra.
The filing also states that the "Gossip Girl" star alleged that in one incident, Baldoni told her he thought she looked "sexy" in a tone that made her feel "looked at and exposed."

The actress' legal team says her allegations are backed by 'concrete facts'
According to People MagazineLively's legal team claimed on Monday, January 6, that her "serious allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation" are "supported by concrete facts."
"This is not a 'feud' arising from 'creative differences' or a 'he said/she said' situation," her lawyers said in a statement.
It continued: “As Ms. Lively's complaint alleges, and as we will prove in litigation, Wayfarer (the Studio) and its associates engaged in unlawful, vindictive astroturfing against Ms. Lively for simply trying to protect herself and others on a movie set. "
Lively's lawyers noted that Baldoni's "response to the lawsuit has been to launch new attacks on Ms. Lively since her filing," adding that "sexual harassment and retaliation are illegal in every workplace and every industry."
Blake Lively's lawyers claim Justin Baldoni is trying to 'blame the victim'
In their deposition, Lively's lawyers cited two manipulation tactics used by the perpetrators, claiming that Baldoni and his team were trying to distract attention from the allegations against him.
They said: "A classic tactic to deflect allegations of this type of misconduct is to 'blame the victim' by suggesting that they invited the behaviour, brought it on themselves, misunderstood the intentions or even lied."
"Another classic tactic is to reverse the victim and perpetrator and suggest that the perpetrator is actually the victim. These concepts normalize and trivialize allegations of serious misconduct," the lawyers added.

"Most importantly, the media statements are not a defense to Ms. Lively's legal claims," Lively's legal team further noted. "We will continue to prosecute her claims in federal court, where the rule of law determines who prevails, not hyperbole and threats."
Justin Baldoni is suing the New York Times over a report on Blake Lively's lawsuit
Baldoni has since retaliated by filing a $250 million defamation lawsuit The New York Times for its report on Lively's allegations. The lawsuit alleges that The Times he pushed the actress' "unverified and self-serving narrative."
In an earlier publication, the news outlet claimed that the actor hired a crisis PR team to "bury" Lively and tarnish her reputation.
Meanwhile, Baldoni's lawyer previously slammed Lively's lawsuit, calling it an attempt on her part to "repair her negative reputation" and saying the claims are "false, outrageous and intentionally malicious with the intent to publicly injure her."
He went further and accused the actress of causing trouble on set, "threatening not to show up on set, threatening not to promote the film, which ultimately led to its demise during its run."
